New Table!

So we’ve been using one of those asian style tables where you sit on the ground as our dining room table for a while now. It’s a little inconvenient and gets pretty dusty so we decided we should finally buy something nice to eat on.

In the past, we’ve gone to The American Furniture Warehouse for all our furnishings. It’s like the Wal-Mart of furniture stores; everything’s super cheap but everything we’ve gotten from there has broken in one way or another. We wanted to get something nice and last a while so we went to Scandinavian Designs this time around.

I wanted to get a wood table because I wanted something that could extend when we had extra guests over and Ann wanted glass because they look cool (and they do). Surprise! They have tables now that are glass AND are extendable! Holy bejesus!

We ended up getting this table. It’s wood and glass and it extends, problem solved. Not only that, Scandinavian Designs is WAY cheaper than we expected. I think we found our new furniture store.
